Shipping & Returns
Shipping within New Zealand
We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

North Island: 1–3 business days

South Island: 2–4 business days

Rural addresses: Allow an additional 1–2 business days
Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $250.00 (GST included). Orders under $250.00 incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
We use NZ Post Courier for all standard deliveries. A signature on delivery may be required for higher value orders.
International shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping. We ship to New Zealand addresses only.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original condition

In its original packaging with all included accessories

In a resaleable condition
To initiate a return, contact us at aps@phototronic.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted for refund.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty item or we have made an error with your order, please contact us at aps@phototronic.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Repair items — please note
Equipment sent to us for repair is not covered under our retail returns policy. Repair terms are governed separately — please refer to our Camera Repair page for full repair terms, warranty conditions, and inspection fee information.
