Camera repair return form

Call up the Repair Return Form onto your screen, fill in the fields on screen and then print two copies of the form.

Keep one so you have a record of the reference number and the details should anything happen to the package on the way to us.

Put the other copy in with the unit being sent to us so we know who you are.

If it is a warranty repair please ensure you have included the proof of purchase details.

If you wish to go ahead up to a certain dollar value amount, please enter this amount in the box provided, but remember the inspection fee will still apply if the value of the repair exceeds this and we have provided you with an estimate and you decline this estimate.

If it is a chargeable repair and you want an estimate please inlcude payment with the camera (cheque) or arrange payment via the other methods below.

For credit card payments please enter the details into the form. If you are unsure about sending credit card details through the post please phone us on (06)358 9085 and we can take the payment over the phone.
